This months tasty recipe

Ingredients:

  • Lamb chops or leg of lamb
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Angus & Oink Baharat Turkish Delight Rub (available to buy in-store)

Method:

  • Remove your lamb from the fridge and allow to reach to room temperature.
  • Set up your Traeger grill by filling the pellet holder and lighting the grill up. Leave this on a low heat for 1 hour to infuse the smoke.
  • While the BBQ is smoking, mix the Angus & Oink Baharat Turkish Delight Rub with 50ml of olive oil.
  • Rub the oil mix into the lamb, then push some of the fresh rosemary sprigs into the lamb. You can do this the night before to marinate the lamb if you wish.
  • Once the BBQ has reached 120-140 degrees place the lamb onto the grill for 1.5 hours
  • Once cooked rest for 20 mins.

Then Enjoy!
