Product Care

Furniture items can be cleaned occasionally with warm soapy water and a soft brush to remove dirt, or use specialist outdoor wood cleaners if needed.

Where possible, store furniture in a well-ventilated shed or garage over winter to prolong its life and prevent damp. If indoor storage isn’t available, use a breathable cover with vents to reduce the risk of mould and mildew.

Other items such as planters, beds, pergolas are designed to be "easy care", meaning they do not require any initial treatment. Do not treat, stain or paint such items until after 6 months has passed and the product has had enough time to draw moisture from the timber naturally. Doing so will invalidate the manufacturers warranty.

If you are in a catchment area local to our Garden Centre (based in Sidcup, Kent) you can select a suitable delivery date at checkout and the product will be delivered by Ruxley Manor's team.

Please check the box sizes to ensure they will fit. If our delivery teams cannot reasonably access the garden we will have to treat the delivery as a curb side drop.
