We are looking for a confident and approachable Sales Assistant to support our Garden Furniture Department.
The Role
This role is based on the shop floor, where you will proactively approach customers as they browse, offering assistance, advice and support through to processing sales transactions. You will ensure the furniture department is kept neat, clean and tidy at all times, with high standards of presentation and display maintained.
There will also be elements of after-sales support, as customers who have placed orders in store or online may contact the team with follow-up queries.
Seasonally, this role will also support our Christmas Department, assisting with stock replenishment and responding to customer queries during our busiest trading period.
We are recruiting for part time and full time roles.
Previous sales or retail experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Candidates must be confident, approachable and able to deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service.
