Weber BBQ Training Course

Have you ever wanted to learn to cook from experts using Weber BBQ’s and tools? Well look no further than the Weber BBQ Course at Ruxley Manor Garden Centre on the 3rd August! The details of the course are as follows:
1) Training Course takes place on Saturday 3rd August from 1-4pm
2) Ticket price is £75.00 per person. Maximum 16 Tickets.
3) Price includes a FREE Weber Apron to use, take home and keep.
4) Course will be cooking and eating a Mediterranean Menu. Ticket includes 1 x 330ml Beer (menu details below)
5) Receive a Certificate for participation.
What will you be cooking on the day?
• Sicilian wings with Salmoriglio sauce.
• Chargrilled monkfish, chorizo, pepper kebabs, smoked paprika mayo.
• Grilled polenta chips.
• Courgette salad with chilli and mint.
• Rosemary peach and honey tart.
Demo dish:
• Gambas Pil Pil with toasted herby bread
